Refunds
If the licence is not for you, email us within 14 days of paying and we will refund what you paid through Stripe: the $299 US, plus applicable Canadian sales tax if any was charged.
How to ask
Write to accounts@blythbrookindustries.ca from the email address you paid with, and say you would like a refund. That is the whole request. We reply to that address.
What happens to the key
We return the money. The key itself keeps working, because the app checks it on your device and there is no way for us to switch it off from here. If you are refunded, please stop using the key and remove it from Settings. We are trusting you on that, and we would rather say so than pretend we can enforce it.
A refund does not touch the inventory on your device. We never had a copy of it.
After 14 days
The sale is final. The key is yours to keep, it does not expire, and we cannot take the software back. If something is broken, write anyway — a bug is not the same question as a refund, and we still want to hear about it.
